Ray White Bogue Property Management is based at 14 Queen Street, Warkworth. We look after residential rentals in Warkworth, Snells Beach, Wellsford, Kaipara Flats, Matakana and Orewa, and surrounding coastal and rural communities across Mahurangi and Rodney.
Our team brings collective property-management experience and local knowledge to rental appraisals, tenant selection, inspections, maintenance coordination, rent collection and owner reporting.

Katie, Makaylah and Lorna hold the New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management Level 4. Lisa is currently completing the qualification.
